Full Kitchen: Save on meals and snacks. (Remember, there's nothing worse than having to get everyone up, and dressed to go stand in line at a restaurant.)
Separate Bedrooms: I know you don't want to go to bed when the kids do! Also, rates are based on the unit, not per person! (Please note, there are limitations as to how many people are allowed in a unit.)
Washers & Dryers: If they're not in your unit, they are on site! Pack lighter & take clean clothes home.
Space: Living areas, dining areas, bathrooms, and separate bedrooms plenty of room to spread out and enjoy your "home away from home".
Our primary interest has always been to provide families a better way to vacation than just a hotel room. Until you have experienced a condo or private home vacation, you can't believe how relaxing and restorative a vacation can be. Even if you go on a high activity vacation such as the Disney World/Orlando area, there is a real feeling of being able to relax when you get "home" to your own unit. You do not all live in one room at home, so why do it on vacation?
Sharing can be a fun time and a money saving treat. We often see two couples sharing a two-bedroom condo. Vacation homes/condos are very popular in the winter when grandparents may rent a unit for a month or longer and have their children and grandchildren visit for a week or more.
