Cocoplum Beach & Tennis Club offers 20 spacious, 2 zone air-conditioned vacation villas, each a two-bedroom, two-bathroom family home in three stories. The ground level of each freestanding villa houses a washer, dryer, outdoor storage area, and accommodates under-deck parking.

The second story includes large entry deck, fully equipped kitchen, dining room, and wrap-around screened porch overlooking tropical landscaping. The third floor features a family-centered living and TV area, telephone answering machine and wet bar.

Vacation Villas have queen-sized beds in the master suite and the second bedrooms feature a full size bed and a twin bed (sleeping two - three), Cribs and cots are available on request. The master bedroom is equipped with a television and basic cable service. The Living room sofa converts to a comfortable double bed. A spiral staircase connects the two living floors. Ceiling-to-floor windows offer unmatched views of the grounds. The grounds have over 100 different varieties of plant life, including over 65 types of palm trees and 10 types of fruit trees. Outdoor barbeque pits with picnic areas are overlooking the Atlantic Ocean.

Lounge on one of the inviting Cabanas, lie in a Hammock or sleep under the Tiki Huts , and enjoy the fresh ocean breeze on our Natural Beach. The swimming pool is located directly on the beachfront and overlooks the Atlantic Ocean. Our exciting, Newly Designed Pool, featuring a zero-edge concept with tiled mosaics and a stunning patio-deck made of stone pavers, opened on June 29th, 1999.
